Eat the Cure |
By changing what I ate I was able to stop taking medication for migraines, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. My sinus problems went away, I have less headaches in general and I no longer need allergy medication. I avoid what I call, fake food. If it's made with artificial sweeteners, chemicals and preservatives I don't want it in my body. That means I have very little processed food in my house, and what I do have is all natural. I recently committed to focusing on a plant based diet, but don't be confused I am not vegan. Veganism is a huge lifestyle change that I'm not ready to take on. My pup also eats to treat her allergies, every now and then you'll see her here too. This is what we eat. |

I think in 2013 I’m ready to fully commit to a 100% plant based diet. I still need to fix some things, and I think this is the step I need to take to make it happen.
